I think my rhodactis is budding. Am I right?

I couldn't find any photos of this online. My rhodactis has basically 3 layers around the mouth like three mushrooms piled on top of each other. Is this normal for budding?

Definitely not. When the current hits it you can see they are all attached in the center

Maybe I'll have two more this week. That will be six total from this mushroom. The others came from splits.

That looks very much how my campfire rhodactis looked when it budded. Have 2 looking nice and fluffy now
