Just wanted to know if I could use this to seal my tweezers for my frag tank. Is this reef safe and won’t hurt anything?

Orrrrr take some silicone tubing, wrap to the length you want at the end of the tweezers, place the ends under boiling water, or any heat source which will lightly melt the silicone till its pliable. Run under some cool water and viola, your tweezers are upgraded!
