Feedback on AquaCave

I have good experiences with Aquacave. I’ve spent over $3k with them this month and so far no complaints. I do have an RMA in process with them on some Sicce Xstreams that were too small for what I needed (2 opened, 2 unopened) so will post back how that return goes. I had to pay return shipping but that was normal ($22 fedex).

So of course almost all of the equipment I bought over the last 2 weeks is now on sale. I reached out to Aquacave via email to see if a store credit is possible. Otherwise I would have to instead return everything and buy it again just to get the cheaper price. Will see how this goes. I had been using BRS for years as they had great service for stuff like this, so hopefully Aquacave is the same way!

Got my full refund, so no complaints here! Very good service. :)

No word on this one yet, I'm guessing with the holiday week and sales they've been busy. I might just have to bite the bullet and re-order everything while it's still on sale and then have to RMA all the original orders back in order to get the discount. Normally wouldn't bother with the hassle but it's almost $300.

They provided me with the store credit I requested. Now THAT is great and amazing service! Hats off to aquacave, they've earned a longtime customer in me!
