So I placed a fairly large order with Reef Cleaners that arrived today. The vast majority of the order came in happy, healthy, and very active (much more active than my LFS)! Only 2 DOAs, and John immediately refunded those items. Overall a great experience especially considering I've never bought anything online before and had to overcome a lot of dread about the process.
