I changed modems with Xfinity and now it won't reconnect with Wifi.Suggestions

Do you know if the WiFi should be 2.4 GHZ or 5G H2.I think the new modem is 5G.

I suggest to call your internet service provider , tell them you need 2.4 for your gadgets, it’s a common thing.

I think most up to date modems and internet packages include both 2.4 and 5. My internet provider created a different network name for the 2.4, that way the gadgets can see it and connect.
