Currently running a fuge with chaeto in my 85 gallon system, using an AI Prime fuge light. Due to various reason, I’m considering changing my setup and running a turf scrubber. Wondering if the sizing recommendations are correct? The small is rated for up to 100 gallons. Would this be an appropriate size or would I be better off with the medium that’s rated for 225 gallons? I’m using a ReefOcto 152S so have plenty of skimmer available. I feed fairly heavy, pellets twice daily, frozen once a day, nori daily, live phyto a few times a week, and spot feed my gonis and broadcast Coral Frenzy or Reef Roids 2-3 times a week- I need to dose NO3 and keep it around 15ppm, and PO4 around .05-.1ppm. My nutrient levels are fine with me, I’m just looking to get away from a fuge for various reasons.

Also meant to ask- while the scrubber is seeding, should I continue to run my fuge until it starts producing, or should I shut it down? Thanks…
