Their app seems ok although not integrated with apex.

About Getting the video output to show on the apex dashvoard - I found this thread which describes a way of doing it. It's not pretty but sounds like it works.

As for a more elegant option, I sent a note to icecap and this is what they said:

Hello In2aqua,

Sorry The ReefCam can only be streamed through its app and can not be linked or streamed through any other device. There is a possibility in a future camera with such capabilities But The current ReefCam is not capable of being streamed outside of its native app.
