Ich or something else? Parasite identification

I realize its hard to tell because of the loose nori floating around but can you help identify if this is ich or what it is. The spot on his cheek is raised off its body, while the other ones are opaque spots that don't show except under direct light. My lavender tang has spots as well but they're extremely hard to see yet alone take pictures. The trigger doesn't show any other symptoms, but the tang is shaking its head.

Ich sounds like the thing that would do that. also look into velvet and brooks

In pictures ich and velvet are very prominent white spots though. This is very hard to see if its not in white light.
