Good morning reefers,
I picked up this maricultured acro colony last week. It was only labeled as "Aussie Acro Colony" and I'm wondering if you guys can help me identify this species of acropora.

I've Bayer dipped, examined for eggs, dipped again over a few days, cut the base, and reglued to a new frag tile before adding to my main system.

After first dip

After dip and rebase:

I'll try to post another photo of the front shot when I get home. Thanks PXL_20250226_074820743.MP.jpg

Plana maybe?
The more I look into older threads, the more it looks like other maricultured plana photos so I'm thinking this is the answer. Thanks!

It looks a little pale, but it has polyp extension.
I hope it does well and colors up.

This is the best side shot I can get for now.

Updated photo of how its coming along. Taken with my Canon EOS Rebel T6i that I'm still learning to use.
Great photo! I have the same camera, but previous model. What settings are you using to shoot these

I shot in [M], RAW, iso200, custom awb to a white piece of paper under my lighting, f/5.6. I adjusted the white balance on my phone via Snapseed. My phones camera lens is cracked so it takes bad pics now lol
