Hi guys can you let me know or id this coral for a proper placement in my tank

It looks like a pipe coral of some sort... Are there polyps that come out the top? If it is that... lower on bottom is placement where there is flow

That is 100% a pipe organ. Ive found alot of skewed or conflicting info on the intrawebs about them but what I have managed to get out of them is that they like moderate lighting, and moderate flow. Enough to keep detritus from ever settling on the polyps.

If you just got it, it may take three or four days for it to open its polyps back up. Mine took 48 hours before th first polyp came back out of its tube after a dip & acclimation.
