ID Help... conical growths (coral, worm, duster)?

I noticed these starting to grow near a frag and didn’t know if it was coral growth or not. Then I see them elsewhere.

Any idea what they are and are they safe?

In the first picture it is center growing on the rock (sand is back drip).

Bottom left of the photo is an easy one to see.
