Doesn't look to be a fire worm, more likely common bristle worm. If so they're good to have, they are a good addition to your clean up crew

Looks like a common bristle worm to me as well.

Cut 'em loose in your display, and watch 'em pull rotting food from the deepest crevices of your rock.
