Ok so I have had this guy a couple months have done massive research I still have no idea what it is please help it is the 1 with the red skirt

Looks like fire n' ice too me. Depending on your white balance on your camera it could even be bonzai pipeline if your centers are a deeper blue. If your eyes see true icy blue like the camera picture shows I would stick with fire n ice. There are many "morphs" that I have seen that people call for n ice but true fire n ice have bright red lashes and icy blue centers.

I think they are orange sunbursts.

There's no blue in it at all it's just my light making it look that way
