Hard to tell from the pictures but maybe a Chainlink Moray Eel

A few possible species come to mind.
Is there small white spots all over him?
Does he have a rounded face like a zebra moray or a pointed face like a fimbriated moray?

doesn't look much like a chainlink after a bit of google images but could it be a honeycomb?
