That is interesting that you say that because someone else on a FB group mentioned thay had it happen to magicians as well. Their pic just didn't look quite and pronounced as these do though.

I've seen a couple of other people with them and they are indeed "bounce" zoas.

Yeah, I thought they look like a cross between a blasto, alveopora, clove polyp, and zoa. I think it’s likely some sort of zoanthid, but definitely something weird happening with it.

These are super cool, whatever they are! They definitely do look like zoas based on their bases (not having a skeleton) but they are the fattest zoas ever.
