it's same as a macro algae, it bends but not soft like a sponge and seems to be growing quite fast. Right now there seems to be one larger one, and 2 smaller ones. I do however have a lot of different macro algae so it does not surprises me but I have never seen that one. And also, it glows pink under blue light. My wife is in total love, enough that I relocalized my urchin in the sump for a while.

The color and texture is similar to nemastoma but quick search I don’t see any similarly shaped species. I did find this which it could be...

might be it, but it is still a new sprout, thanks for the name and pictures, I will keep looking into it
