ID please-I think itd so sounding worm??

So I been seeing these pop up in various areas of my tank and I don't know what it is or how to combat them. Any help would be great thanks

I first noticed just one of them reaching out from my WWC bounce shroom but dI'd not think much of it but I started noticing them pop up in other areas now. So I lifted up my frag pad that has the shroom on it and there were numerous ones across the bottom as well as 2 decent sized Bristol worms so I wiped everything off the bottom and placed the shroom back in its happy place-it wasn't hally about being out if the water for 30 seconds tho :(

Spaghetti worms...I have millions in my sandbed....good stuff, they eat left over food.
