So I used a olio clip (magnifying) to take these pics. Wondered if it was a baby snail and starfish?

Or if not what they are.

the first is a tube worm a harmless filter feeder and the second is a hydroid this variety seems to come and go with new tanks.

So the hydroids is this bad should I be concerned and if so how do I get rid of it.
