saw this on my live rock today I think it is he only spot anyone have any idea of what it could be type of algae maybe ?

Looks like old Vermetid shells or similar worm?

That looks to be a skeleton of an LPS, probably a Euphyllia. The brown twisting unknown appears to be an old Vermetid or Serpula casing.
