ID please

Can anyone provide me some info about this fish. I saw it at a local Petco. No name or price was posted. Is it reef safe ? Is it aggressive ? What does it eat ?

Neon dottyback, Pseudochromis aldabraensis. They can be territorial around the rockwork, and particularly toward basslets. They are hardy and reefsafe.
