If you know what it is could you tell me also the light and flow conditions it prefers?

Looks very similar to my montipora palawanensis. If it has blue polyps it could be appleberry Monti( I think thats the name).

Nice. I moved mine up high over time and now it really glows green( well it was till I had a little boo boo).
