Looks like millipora and if it is they require medium to high light and medium to high flow
 
Is it actually green? Hard to tell with the deep blue lighting. Looks like a green slimer to me.

Fast grower and it gets huge!
The last pic is 10" x 10" and I have fragged it over 4 dozen times in 2 years. I cut 4" off all the tops in the past month because it grew out of the water lol.
