Yea n keep in mind the fish are under prime conditions but yea the eyes are a give away

Google Bristletooth Tang. Its hard to tell exactly what kind it is from the picture. They also change colors when stressed. Its definitely a Bristletooth Tang though.

From your description it sounds like a Juvenile Ctenochaetus striatus, Striped Bristletooth Tang

It's an orange stripe bristletooth and they are one of he hardest workers I have ever had he will not bother your coral but he will keep everything clean. Mine even eats bubble algae. Great great fish but can be pretty territorial if left the only tang for too long.
