Id this snail, please.

I have a 10 gallon, roughly cycled for four months, and these have started to appear.
Not sure if this is why my GSP is unhappy....(Or if it was the pineapple sponge also growing on its underside)

They look like snails, can someone identify if these are good or bad? Thanks

Agree, good cleanup crew and wouldn’t be the reason you GSP is closed
