Looks like a hairy tenuis.
 
It is light blue in color -- not sure if u can make out but it has been a little brown of late. Not sure why... in the same water parameters .. all other are doing fine.

Also it has polyps out all the time....

Here are what other/s (joe the coral) look like in the same water parameter.

It's probably Acropora horrida but until it grows out it's pretty hard to say.
