Saw this video in another community asking for ID. Good video quality, hopefully it uploads that way. Curiosity got the best of me. Hopefully you guys can help out.

That's a spoon worm (taxonomic subclass Echiura). Most spoon worms are harmless detritivores. I can't tell for sure, but the OP's may be a female Green Spoon Worm, Bonellia viridis:
You may have a female Green Spoon Worm, Bonellia viridis. If so, be aware that it is toxic (the toxin is called Bonellin, and I’m not sure about it’s effects on people), and please handle it with care and a good pair of gloves.
