Ideal spot for frag rack

Those that have frag racks, straight or corner, in their display tanks... where is your ideal spot and height in relation to your lights? I have an eshopps 13 hole corner rack about 18 inches from my led in the back right corner but always have a dead spot underneath that would be a crud collection area. Since removing it, it now has nice flow. I'm already running 3 pumps and not looking to add anymore or change their position/direction.

Maybe try a frag tree, I had the same issues with those style racks
