Looks like a nudibranch. Do you have any Zoas in the tank? This is one I would remove either way.
 
Yes I have 5 zoa frags and a large zoa covered rock, I will take it out next time he shows his face

Can't tell from pic it's blurry for me does it have tentacles coming out from one end? If so it's a harmless sea cucumber
