Sorry this is off topic, but its driving me crazy:

Freshwater isn't my strong point yet, but I believe that's a Neolamprologus species; I'd guess the Elongated Lemon Cichlid, Neolamprologus longior. For comparison:

It is a lemon cichlid. I’ve had them in my salt free tanks.
