Looks like some type of lobophylia...medium light, medium flow should be good

Symphyllia

+1 on symphllia. Looks similar to lobo but the puffier ridge ring movement around the mouth areas is more symphyllia than lobo

The technical difference on a lobophyllia v. symphyllia, is symphyllia have shared walls between corallites. Lobos always have separate walls.
