Nitrate is never, as far as I have seen, quoted as sodium nitrate. If the idip does that, it is incredibly strange. Perhaps that is a typo.

Sometimes nitrate is shown as nitrate nitrogen, NO3-N or N-NO3. Multiply NO3-N by 4.4 to get NO3.

There was a recent major update to the iDip app that required clearing and resetting my "Preferred" results settings. I've been getting them reset and I thought the nitrate as NaNO3 was strange!
