Light is a Kessil 160E that I've had for years; I run it 12 hours a day from 9:30am to 9:30pm. It starts and ends with 100% blues, ramping up both the whites and intensity up until midway through the day when it then slowly ramps back down.Looks great! What is your light and feeding schedule? My RBTA has small bubbles when the light (same Kessil) comes on in am, then is stringy and multiplying like crazy; can't keep zoas.
For most of the day it's at 35% white 65% blue. My BTA hasn't had bubbles in years haha. It splits a few times a year though- I've actually had to throw a split or two away because I had nobody to give them to and they grow so large. Zoas are finicky for softies; I have a ton of palys that took over from a small frag. The whole idea of this tank is super easy maintenance, so that's why I stick with softies. I like a natural look more than a curated, colorful reef.
