how dare you use blue plumbing are you crazy!!! Fish will get confused mann. Lol I kid I actually love those tanks just seen one for the first time last weekend. Everything looks good so far. Going reef or fish only?
Appreciate the love, feels soothing to get positive feedback especially making a build thread for the first time

Going full on reef is the plan

the original plumbing drains and returns came in blue, so i figured a blue PVC and a white 90 to toss the offset and add some color to the bottom (which no one will ever see but me) gives it a little glare and something interesting to look at

I mean I guess blue pipe is okay... I have purple for mine. I love drop off tanks, excited to see this one built from the start. I also have an IM tank and really like it.
Does no one like the color blue? ;Nailbiting;Nailbiting;Nailbiting

I tried to stay away from white as much as possible

I'm interested in seeing how this turns out.

Drop off tanks can be beautiful but I've never done one. I would think flow presents an interesting challenge for these tanks.

And I use white plumbing for my tanks as the sump has never been a show piece for me. But I can see the appeal of a "show sump".

Finally! I've been waiting for someone to document a build thread on these babies.

What do you think about the tank and stand so far?

Alright. Need advice from you experts

I need a way to figure out wire management for my apex + my units. I do not have much space to mount it inside and trying to avoid having a separate unit detachment for my stuff.

Anyone have any ideas? I knew this was gonna be a struggle so anything helps or some ideas.

The entire inside of the stand is just the support for the frame itself. No shelves either if that helps
