PS: This time I tried acclimatizing for about 3.5 hours. Let's see what happens ;)

I think you’d have more success with a more gradual acclimation. Keeping them in a separate tank and gradually adjusting the salinity up would yield better results than just acclimating them straight to salt over a few hours.

Ok, they didn't make it, but the strange thing is that one of them doesn't have a tail.
