I'm worrying about these tufts of gha

Nitrate is 0.05 (Salifert), Phosphate is 0.01 (Hannah). I change 10% water every 10 days.
and I don't want this gha thing getting out of control because the tank is only 30gal total. Should I spot kill it with hygrogen peroxide? I have time now, I want to kill these SOBs.

I'd say yes, spot kill it with h2o2

It's in the sandbed by the looks of it? Just pull it out.

Why add chemicals when something as simple as manual removal will solve it?
