Thank you! I had the usual GHA, diatoms, little bit Bryopsis. All that managed fine with cleanup crew. Biggest issue was dry rock sucking up phosphate along side the algae/corals. Wound up with bottomed out phosphate leading to ostreopsis Dino. Managed to knock it out after about 2-3 weeks of UV (along side pods/phyto/bacteria) Back to a stable place thankfully. the long tentacle plate was not my favorite purchase. Very..very finicky. (Many tell me they don’t live in captivity long) so time will tell lol.Great looking tank! Have you had any challenges with your tank?
Thanks, yea just uglies doing there thing hahalovely tank. sorry to hear about hte issues but guess its part of most tanks start up.

Thank you! Yeah I’ll have to do that.Congrats! Gorgeous tank. Definitely make a build thread. The lagoon tank is an awesome tank and there are so many of us haha
Thanks! Yeah it’s definitely a simple system. Just a little filter floss in the back ha. I’ve had these clowns a few years now (previous FOWLR), sorta like it with just them. Low bio load makes it easy.Nice to see diversity of approaches to reef keeping! Love the simplicity of your scape, looks great! Are you planning to add any more fishes?![]()
Same here. I have an IM 15 with nothing but a filter pad, a lil bio-media, and 2 gallons a week water change and it’s doing better than my main tank! KISS is a good way to go!Thanks!
