Image Program

If you are using a program to adjust your images, crop etc. can you list them.
Ive been trying to look for one, im not interested in paying $$$ for Photo shop, is there an alternative that is either cheap or free online?

Photoshop for me, but get Photoshop Elements. It'll do what you need for your photos without the cost.
