In-Wall plumbing

Ok, so I just received my CADE 2100 S2 today. It will be going into my “dining room” which will heretofore be known as the Reef Room. My home sits on a slab, so no basement. Behind the wall the tank site against is a bathroom. I will be doing a mixing/filtration area in my garage which is maybe 15-20ft away as the crow flies. I’d like to be able to pump water from the mixing area into the tank. I also want to run a drain line from the tank so I can turn on a pump to pump old water out. No carrying buckets around or hoses. So where the tank sits, I’m wanting a 1/2in connected to a drain, a 1/4in line for automatic top off, and I think a 1/2in line to pump in fresh saltwater. Obviously pumps to handle these duties. I am NOT a plumbing expert. Are there any other lines I should have? Anything I should do differently? The garage has no a/c and gets hot during summer days so I’ll probably require a chiller. What else?

Are you on city sewer or septic system? Lines sound fine, it"s kinda just what you want. Maybe an overflow pan under the sump connected to a drain line to avoid flooding the nice room? If on septic I would dump old water elsewhere, JMO.

Thank you! I’m on city system so no septic tank so no concern there. Where would I find a pan that size to go under tank? I like that idea!

You have to most likely make it/ have it made. If acrylic try a known fabricator of sumps. If metal try a sheet metal fab shop, not ideal to be metal but better than a flood. Possibly a large boot tray type of thing? Reefing makes you a crafty person by neccessity, lol.
