Does anyone know what the name of this is and does it really look like that? Did someone just Photoshop it to look like that? The closest I could find was King Midas but I don't think so. Thanks

Looks like what used to be called Pink Elephants. The colors look about right for 20K or LED lighting.

EDIT: After looking through old pics, ones like this were called Crazy Daisies but I don't know if they ever got an official name.
