I'm on my second inkbird 308 in a week. The temperature does not change on the inkbird although I have 3 thermometers telling me that it does! Am I doing something wrong? If I pull it out of the water it seems to work correctly! HELP!!!

Which specific Inkbird model is this? What size of tank are you running this on, where is the temperature probe and what are you running for a heater? Have you configured the Inkbird correctly?

I could say "defective", but without knowing really anything other than you can't get it to work - there's not a lot to go on here.

Inkbird 308s wifi. It's in a 32.5 gallon fluval flex, I have the probe in the opposite side overflow of the heater. I have a fluval 150watt heater. While the probe is in water the temperature never changes although both my thermometer and sicce pump Temps change. Customer is rough because of the time differences.

I’d return it and get the 306 model unless you need the cooling feature.
I need the cooling feature. The flex has a lid and the 2 lights bring it up the tank up to 80. I can assume since you said to return it, I set it up correctly?

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
