If been in and out of the hobby for the last few years...my current tank is a 60 gallon Marineland. Its not drilled and all I use is a canister filter.

I wanted something new, and high end looking....I also wanted something with more depth. It was between the RS 350, 425 and I also thought about waterbox but they take too long too deliver.

I decided on the IM because of the aluminum stand and thicker glass. I also liked the idea of getting my own sump.

I ordered it a week ago from Tuesday and it arrived last Tuesday. Came packaged very well and is super heavy. I paid the delivery driver $20 to help get it into my house....we did it on the pallet and everything....nearly 400 lbs...I'm still in pain lol.

Once I built the stand, I called a few freinds to help me get it up and on.

I spent the rest of the week buying a sump, plumbing etc...today a made the transfer.

When I ordered it, i had planned on putting it in a different area then where my 60 is now, thats actually why I got the INT. Since the order I changed my mind and wanted to put it where my old tank sat. This morning, I emtied my tank into brutes and rubbermaids....i carried out the old tank and slid in the new one.

After seeing it there in that spot, I changed back to my original area. The area I decided on is about 1/4" off level so I had to use shims.

Below is my equipment and some pics.....the full tank pic is my old tank I took down today.

2x hydra 32 in white

Curve 5 skimmer

Jabeo 6000 return

Jabeo OW-20 pump

Looking great! My ext 150 is waiting in the garage. These stands are so nice with the side doors and build quality. Love your paintings in the background.

Looking good. I should've waited on the white to become in stock. Looks very nice.
Overall I like everything besides the doors and the return standpipe....it makes me nervous how it needs to bend into the locline bulkhead....I just hope it isn't putting stress on the bottom.

2 nights ago my BTA managed to kill himself in my pump, even with an anemone guard....did big water change, carbon and polyfilter and I think the damage has been mitigated.

I got a new home for the clowns yesterday, let's hope he stays where he is!

Sorry about the loss. Tank looks good, slowly feeling the confidence for corals but want to wait a few more months before venturing down that avenue. Plus if I go on vacation someone has to take care of it so want to make sure mine is as fool proof as possible.

Lovely setup. From my point of view if you place some zoanthids onto those rocks at base of the rockscape it would look very good ;)

Nice set up, and the paintings are great! What do you not like about the stand doors?
Thanks! 2 things. They don't line up perfectly and also the 2 left doors are difficult to open and close because there is a support right next to the push springs....so pushing the center of the door doesn't do anything, you need to do the top and bottom and even then its usually a pain to get open.

Is that the Bashsea 3018 or the 3015? I was thinking about getting the 3018, but I was worried it would be too tight in the APS stand.
