InTank LLC scam alert!

I purchased a protein skimmer through InTank LLC.. Box showed up opened, looked used like it was returned. I went to use it, and it didn't work. I contacted InTank LLC for a return label in which Steve with InTank LLC said I had to pay return shipping on my own. So I shipped the part back that I have a receipt for 115.65 in which InTank LLC only refunded 78.00. Steve said I didn't return all the parts and I was charged for them. I returned everything that came in this package. Steve ripped me off and many others according to the internet. I would like my full refund or im taking him to court in Florida. I have filed a police report with Menomonee Falls WI # P17051011.. When confronted about this issue, he laughs on the phone. I wondered why he fought me on trying to not return this skimmer. This tells me he charged me his cost on the skimmer which totals the difference so he didn't lose money for trying to rip me off. I disputed charges with my bank which has taken the money out of his account. I also have in black and white from Steve after he received the package the amount that I would be refunded.

Just hoping people see what kind of guy Steve @ InTank LLC is. Come to find out the amount of money he kept from me is the dealer cost of the Tunze 9001 so he didn't lose any money and made up this story that parts were missing. Roger over at Tunze said he would send Steve the parts free of charge for whatever he needs as im using a bot to SEO wreck this rip off artists business. I hve filed with the BBB, police report # and filed a small claims suit of 1999.99 in Pinellas County FL. Screw $40, its the principle of what this merchant is doing to consumers. Then laughs in your face with the remark of " aeiou"
