Purchased off of Amazon. Works great, has magnetic mount for easy mounting. Glass thickness: up to 3/8". I can provide link to product in pm's. Asking $35 shipped

*I do have the foam disks, they are soaking in bleach, otherwise you can make your own*

Not up yet as the tank is still running, but within the next week a Classic Apex system with a few extra modules.

Still for sale. I purchased this off of Amazon

fyi the foam disks did not survive the bleaching. You can use any filter material in place of the disks.
