Matala is what that stuff is called. It’s what I use in my regular sized sump and is nearly 0 maintenance.
I picked mine up off of Amazon but here is a link to a site selling full sheets for anyone interested in the stuff.

I've not been here for awhile. The tank is looking insane, and the room is fantastic of course. I was wondering if any of the tang police on here have asked your if you how many tangs you have in that small of tank?
