Is $11 too much for one Chromis?

The title pretty much says it all. Is $11 too much for one Chromis, I could have sworn that they were a lot cheaper like around $5 - $6 3 months ago in my area and now they've doubled!

They used to be cheaper. I see them for 7 to 10 now. I might pay 11 for a fully qt'd chromis. Probably a little more since they are notorious for uronema
