Is a Torch coral a good idea?

2 things:

I have a fluval nano 13.5 tank and am about a month and a half into it! i haven’t had many problems with it yet thankfully! I want a coral with a lot of movement but wont grow fast and is nice and hardy. I just so happen to be in florida right now where coral stores are like mcdonald’s and are everywhere so why not spend money on more corals!!! I’ve always been fascinated by Euphyllia and figured it was a good time to splurge on one but don’t know where to start. Frogspawn? Torches? Hammers?

I keep my salinity at 1.024-1.025 and water temp is 79F-80F with AI prime at 40% and have had success with my soft corals and 2 RFAs, but like ant other reefer im craving more

Livestock:
2x ocellaris clowns
1x wheelers goby and tiger pistol pair
1x Fire Shrimp
2x RFAs
1x anemone crab
4x blue legged hermits
3x nassarius snails
1x AOI Zoanthid
1x GSP
1x Unknown Pipe Organ

My second question is that I am starting to get diatoms, 2 of my nassarius snails are very small and climb on the glass so they don’t do their job, are conchs a good solution and will they be hard workers?

With the price of torches...
I'd go with a hammer.

I’d throw in some copipods for the diatoms. Torches have a pretty strong sting and would kind of limit other corals in that size tank but would fill it out nice. Go for it if your tank is over 4-5 months just be prepared to frag when it starts growing to many heads.
