Is colored fiberglass rod reef safe?

I want to peg some of my rocks together using the driveway markers they sell at Home Depot. They sell the white ones with the reflectors on one end. I know people have used these with no issues. However they sell orange ones with no reflector for less $ and no reflector to cut off.

Anyone know if the orange markers are safe to use?

I used the orange ones. Haven't noticed any problems.
