Im not sure if they are fire worms, I have another in the tank but can't catch him. They are there since long time, nothing happened untill now.

I think it is a Normal bristle worm but just to be safe don’t put them back in the tank :)
 
I’d say it’s definitely a bristle worm chuck them in sump great free clean up crew
