Is me anemone being harassed?

I added a paired tomato clownfish to my nano 20G, and had a rainbow bta that had been there for a couple months. Ever since I added these two they’ve been nipping at each other and at times the nem as well. Slowly it’s been receding it’s bubble tips and looks a little lame now - has anyone seen this before and what would you recommend? Here is a short video of what happens almost 24/7.

Other than removing the clownfish, you don't have a lot of options. My clownfish have (at times) harassed various anemones and corals to death.
