Don’t understand what’s up with my elegance. It’s been fine for a few months, happy and fully extended. For the past 2-3 weeks it’s been closed up, expelling some gross mucous looking goo, and has what I assume are mesenterial filaments around the edges. No tissue recession that I can see though. Parameters have all been stable and everything else seems fine. What can I do?

You could try dipping it in Reef Primer. I actually think it has a good chance of recovering. Is it possibly closed up because it's consuming something?
Here are some slightly better pics I just took. It’s definitely not consuming anything as it’s been like this for weeks. The goo stuff coming out of the mouths is a bit weird though. It’s like translucent with brown dots in it. I’ll look into reef primer - thanks!

How is your elegance doing, mine is starting to stay closed for a few days now. It has been expelling brown goo/poop but not opening to eat.

It continued to decline and died about a week or so after posting this. No idea what happened. My last elegance was destroyed by a colony of gall crabs.. probably won’t try one again :(
